The Clay Center Rotary Club will be
meeting with students on Monday, February 22 to have children design
a playground at Dexter Park. Right now, the Rotary is selling
pickets for $50.00. Many community people have already made their
purchase to honor their own child. Each picket will have the name
you choose on it with a limit of 23 characters. I’ve already bought
two to honor my two children. If you are interested, please call
the Chamber at 785.632.5674. You can honor your children or you can
purchase one in memory of a loved one. Other funding opportunities
will be announced soon. Purchase your pickets soon before we run
out.

You are invited to attend the Chamber
Community Coffee on Wednesday, February 24. This week’s
presentation will be about the Community Improvement Foundation.
Come hear how the projects the Community Improvement Foundation has
funded to improve our community. The Clay Center Area Chamber of
Commerce Community Coffee is every Wednesday morning from 8:00 AM to
9:00 AM. The Community Coffee takes place in the Education Room at
the Clay County Medical Center. |

Pancake Feed on Sunday, February 28th beginning at 5:30
PM at the Coachlight Restaurant. |
